Immigration Physicals
Three Peaks Family Medicine in the greater Denver area provides professional, efficient immigration physicals with a USCIS-designated civil surgeon on site. We make sure every exam meets federal requirements and your paperwork is completed accurately, so your application moves forward without delays.
Immigration medical exams require careful documentation and attention to detail. Our team guides you through each step with clarity and support. Hablamos español.
A certified civil surgeon completes your exam
Not every provider can perform immigration physicals. These exams must be conducted by a USCIS-designated civil surgeon authorized to complete and sign Form I-693. At the greater Denver area, a certified civil surgeon handles every exam.
During your visit we review your medical history and vaccination records, perform a comprehensive physical, complete required lab testing per USCIS guidelines, and complete and seal your Form I-693, ready for submission.
A streamlined immigration physical process
Your immigration medical examination is completed through one comprehensive appointment. During your visit, you will meet with our designated U.S. Civil Surgeon, review your medical history, current medications, and vaccination records, complete the required physical examination, and receive any necessary laboratory testing and vaccinations based on USCIS requirements. Most required laboratory testing and vaccinations can be completed during your appointment, making the immigration physical process as convenient and efficient as possible. Vaccine costs are not included.
The fee for the immigration medical examination is $450. Once your laboratory results have been received and all USCIS requirements have been met, your completed Form I-693 will be finalized. We will notify you when your paperwork is ready for pickup in a sealed envelope, typically within two to four business days.
If your tuberculosis screening test is positive, USCIS requires a chest X-ray with an official radiology report. We can perform this service for an additional $75.
Come prepared, finish faster
Bring all available vaccination records, prior medical documentation, and any lab results so we can verify compliance quickly and avoid repeat testing. Complete the applicant portion of Form I-693 beforehand, but do not sign it until the civil surgeon instructs you.
Because these exams require dedicated time and lab work, immigration physicals are by appointment rather than walk-in. Call us to schedule
